Our Commitment

We want you to love your purchase from our collection of handcrafted jewelry, clothing, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our 30-day return and refund policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Eligible Items: Returns and exchanges are accepted for handcrafted jewelry, clothing, accessories, and other apparel, except as noted below.
  • Ineligible Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel, including bralettes and slips, or any items that are used or damaged.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, including tags and labels.
  • Exchange Option: If you prefer, you may exchange an eligible item for a new one of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund & Store Credit Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to verify their condition. Upon approval, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund: A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which can be used to purchase any other item in our store. Store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days and you will be notified via email.
  • Gift Purchases:
    • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, any refund will be issued as store credit to the recipient.
    • If the gift giver purchased the item and had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, any refund will be issued directly to the gift giver’s original payment method.
  • Verification: Refunds or store credit will only be issued after the returned item has been received and its condition verified.
  • Exclusions: No refunds or store credit will be issued for items that do not meet our return conditions (e.g., used items, missing packaging, or intimate apparel).

You will be notified via email when your refund or store credit has been processed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us via e-mail (sales@thelittlesparrow.co) with your order number, details of the item(s), and whether you prefer a refund, store credit, or exchange. For gift purchases, please provide details about the order to ensure proper processing. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
